"The site was kind of a pain to use"
The site was just, like, a bit frustrating for me. The pages took a while to load, and when I tried to check out on my phone, it felt kind of confusing and not very smooth.

"Checkout was okay but kinda clunky"
Checkout did work in the end but it felt a bit slow on my phone. The shipping page froze once and I had to type my address in again which was annoying.

My payment went through fine and the confirmation email showed up quick. Not a bad experience overall just not as smooth as I expected.

My order from oliveandscout.com was mostly right, but whoever packed it definitely missed the size on one item. Everything else looked like what I chose and was totally fine, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. Still, it was annoying having to deal with fixing it after the delivery showed up. Not the worst experience, but they could pay a little more attention

"Looks nice, but the fabric could be softer..."
I do like how it looks, so that part was a win. The comfort is just kind of average for me, though. The material feels okay and it’s not scratchy or anything, but I was expecting it to be a little softer... I can wear it for a few hours without a problem, but probably not something I’d want on all day. It’s not bad, just not quite as cozy as I hoped...

"Got sorted, but the wait was a little frustrating"
I had a small issue with my order from oliveandscout.com, they sent the wrong item, and I didn’t hear back for a few days after I reached out. It wasn’t a huge deal, but checking my inbox a couple times and not seeing a reply was definitely a bit annoying.
They did fix it in the end and sent the correct item, which I appreciated. The replacement was fine when it arrived, so I’m not too upset overall. I just wish the communication had been a little quicker. Three stars feels about right.

"I bought this from Olive + Scout..."
I bought this from Olive + Scout a while back, it’s been really solid. I use it often, and it hasn’t fallen apart or gotten weird after a few washes. The stitching still looks good too. I wasn’t totally sure at first, but it’s held up better than some stuff I’ve paid more for. The fancy packaging was kind of unnecessary, but the product itself has been great

I really like a lot of the stuff on Olive + Scout, but a few things I had my eye on were already sold out, which was kind of frustrating. It’s especially annoying when the size or color you want isn’t available. Anyway... the site itself is easy enough to use and I’d probably shop there again, I just wish they kept more items in stock

"Surprisingly fast shipping — just a heads up"
I ordered from Olive + Scout the shipping was way quicker than I expected. My package showed up in just a couple of days, and the tracking updated normally the whole time with no weird delays. Just a heads up if you’re ordering and assuming it’ll take a while, mine came fast. Overall, I was happy with the experience and would order again.

I ordered my usual size and expected there to be some issue, like usual, where I’d be waiting on an apology for the sizing being totally off. But it actually fit exactly how I hoped. The size chart was accurate too, which almost never happens for me. No weird tight spots, nothing hanging loose in odd places. I’m happy with it

"Refund showed up sooner than I thought"
I had to send my order back and I was a little nervous about how long the refund would take. I don’t remember the exact day they received the item, but it felt like only a few days later the money was back. It wasn’t instant or anything, but definitely faster than I had expected. Painless overall

so the item was mostly like what the site described, but it wasn’t exactly what I had pictured. The size and little details were generally fine, just a bit different once I saw it in person. It’s not bad at all, I just think the description could be a little clearer
